Inspired by various object-based portraits around the internet (legos, candy,Rubik’s Cubes), I wanted to try my hand at it using dice.  After some prep work in Photoshop, a program I wrote using Processing converts the image to a CSV file.  Opening this .CSV in Excel, I can color and size the cells in the spread sheet (seen at the bottom of the image) to print out a guide to the exact size of the final portrait.
